The Budgewoi Estate, Tuggerah Lakes, comprising 175 building sites and water frontages, will be offered by public auction by Messrs. Watkin and Watkin, of Sydney, in conjunction with Mr. W. M. Walker, also of Sydney, on Boxing Day, December 27, at 2 p.m., on the ground. Tuggerah Lakes has been described as “the fisherman’s paradise,” and the Budgewoi Estate is an ideal spot, with water frontages to the lake and safe swimming. The estate is within half and hour’s motor run of Wyong station and township, and fronts the new Sydney-Newcastle road. “Budgewoi House,” a large boarding establishment, has just been opened on the estate. A motor launch service runs daily to the estate, and there is a motor omnibus service from Wyong. Fares will be refunded to all buyers at the sale, and luncheon will be provided. Messrs, Creer and Berkeley are the Newcastle representatives. Particulars of the sale are advertised.
